Marina and sailing
Birkhede Camping is one of the few campsites in the Danish Lakelands with direct access to the lakes and the Gudenå river from our very own marina.
Our marina has room for 60 boats so don't fortget to bring your boat when visiting Birkhede Camping. If you would rather like to rent a boat, we have row-boats, kayaks and canoes for rent so you can go explore our wonderful area. You can sail to Ry, to Himmelbjerget and even all the way to Silkeborg directly from our marina.
If you're bringing your own boat, you must not forget to register it and get a license on https://en.sejladspaagudenaaen.dk/ Registration can be done at home before you arrive. Alternatively, we will be happy to help you on arrival.
