Looking for a cozy and fully equipped venue for your next gathering? The new assembly hall at Birkhede Camping provides the ideal setting – whether you are planning a celebration, a meeting, or a special occasion.
A flexible space for shared moments
The hall is furnished with tables and chairs for 40 people and can easily be extended to accommodate up to 50 guests. It’s a bright and welcoming space where a relaxed and inviting atmosphere comes naturally.
Enjoy the surroundings
The hall has direct access to a cozy terrace with picnic tables and two grills – perfect for summer events. From here, you can also step out onto a green lawn area and enjoy views of a scenic lake, adding an extra touch to your event.

With a 65” TV/conference screen, HDMI connectivity (via USB-C), and a sound system, the venue is perfectly suited for meetings, conferences, and corporate visits.
Everything you need – ready to use
You won’t have to worry about practicalities – the venue is fully equipped with:
- Tableware and complete kitchen facilities
- 2 ovens, stove, and dishwasher
- 2 coffee machines and an electric kettle
- Industrial refrigerator, plus a bar with mini fridge and freezer
There is also a cloakroom and restroom facilities in the basement, making it easy to manage your event smoothly
