Cars and driving on the campsite
All driving must be done at walking speed. Only one car is allowed per unit. A second car and trailers must be parked in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on other pitches.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome. Dogs must always be kept on a leash and may not be walked on the campsite. Dog waste bags are available free of charge at the reception. The campsite also has a dog playground where dogs can run off-leash. A small fee is charged for bringing a dog.
Electricity and Power Connection
All pitches have electricity, except for small tent pitches without power. To connect to the electrical plugin, a blue CEE plug is required. Plugs and adapters can be purchased at our kiosk if needed. Each unit has 13 amps available.
Electricity is charged based on consumption for pitches, cabins, and rental trailers. The electricity meter must be read upon arrival and again just before departure. Electricity is charged at DKK 5 per kWh (subject to change and printing errors).
Emergency Phone
Outside opening hours, we can be contacted in case of emergency at +45 86 89 13 55.
Empty caravan
Outside the high season, it is possible to leave your caravan on the campsite for free between weekends if you have a minimum of 2 overnight stays during the weekend. This is only allowed for a short period. Please inquire at the reception or contact us by phone/email for more information.
First Aid
We are trained in first aid and have a defibrillator located just outside the kiosk. Simply contact the reception, and we will assist you and call for additional help if needed.
Fire and Safety
There must always be a distance of 3 meters between your unit and your neighbor’s, whether it is a caravan, tent, or motorhome. The space can be used, for example, for parking your car. Fire extinguishing equipment is available in several locations around the campsite. In case of fire, call 112 and notify the reception.
Groceries
Our kiosk is just that — a kiosk — primarily selling sweets and ice cream, baked goods, beer, wine, and soft drinks. For grocery shopping, we refer you to the supermarkets in Ry, where you’ll find Kvickly, Netto, and SuperBrugsen. On public holidays, Dagli’Brugsen in Gl. Rye is open.
Laundry
The laundry facilities are located in the service building closest to the reception. Use your magnetic card for the machines.
Motorhomes / Campervans
Motorhomes are very welcome. Information about our motorhome pitches and offers can be found here.
There are motorhome facilities behind the service building closest to the reception, where waste tanks can be emptied and fresh water refilled.
Pool
The pool is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from late May to late August, depending on the weather. The water slide opens at 9:30 a.m. Morning swimming takes place between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. All swimming is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.
Public Transport
Trains to Aarhus, Silkeborg, and Herning depart approximately twice an hour from Ry station. See travel times at Rejseplanen.dk.
Quiet Hours
Silence must be observed on the campsite between 23.00 and 7.00.
Service buildings
Service buildings with kitchens, showers, toilets, changing rooms, chemical toilets, etc., are located at each end of the campsite. Please help us keep the facilities tidy and clean by always leaving them in the same condition as you found them. The buildings are checked and cleaned several times a day. However, if any issues arise in the meantime, please inform us so we can address them immediately. Thank you in advance.
Showers and Shower Cards
Upon arrival, a chip card is provided to activate the hot water in the showers. Three minutes of hot water costs DKK 8. The chip card can also be used to operate washing machines and tumble dryers, as well as ovens and stovetops in the kitchens. The use of ovens and stovetops is, however, free of charge.
The card balance can be checked at any time either at the reception or on the information machines located at the entrance to all toilet and shower areas.
TV
There is a common lounge and TV room by the reception. All pitches have a TV socket with cable TV available for use. Please bring your own antenna cable.
Visitors - daytime
All daytime visitors must report to the reception before entering the campsite. A daily fee is charged for staying on the site. Guests are asked to park in the parking areas outside the campsite to avoid unnecessary traffic. Visitors must leave the site no later than 10:00 p.m.
Waste
The waste station is located behind the service building (number 2 on the site map) by the pool. Waste sorting is required by law. Please see the instructions at the entrance to the waste area.
We do not accept bulky waste, tarpaulins, pavilions, or similar items.
All waste must be sorted into the following categories:
- Plastic

- Cans/metal
